The Queer Republic is a borderless nation of queers and allies that advance the rights and lives of the LGBTQ x in Africa and across the globe. We are rebuilding our African queer legacy and reuniting queers across Africa and the globe.
A Home for all Queer African People
Home has a special meaning to every human being. The need to belong is something really inate to human beings as a species. As queer people in post colonial Africa we have been made to not feel at ease in the continent where our queer ancestors were diviners and part of spirituality, where women who married women were essential to the continuity of lineages.
